100 days (3rd Attempt)

This is my 3rd attempt today to post my blog. My PC hangs up on me last night when I was trying to do a post and now it is starting all over again, seems like there are some kind of virus or software conflict. Anyway, to keep it short, it is another 99 days to the new year and I hope to make the remaining days as fruitful and as meaningful as possible. I will try to make a post of the things I do or encountered everyday for the next 99 days.

For a start, today is Monday, the worst day in the week for most people including me. I woke up gingerly for unknow reasons and went off the work real early. It wa sonly 6:35 am when I reach the place to wait for the company bus (20 mins earlier). Upon reaching the company, I told myself I gonna take it easy today as it is going to be a long day (I had a dinner appointment after work). Cleared some e-mail and do the usual stuff and then spend basically the whole afternoon clearing some stuff that isn't suppose to be done by me but oh well... that's life! The morning past by slowly by it speeds up after lunch... soon it was end of the day and I proceed for my dinner appointment. The dinner was for my Regional EH&S Manager who had resigned to spend more time raising her kids.. what a noble thing to do. The dinner went off quite well, the food is not bad, some lame jokes and chat with the managers, some champagne.. then time to go off. Real tired day.. Vincent send me back and as usual I told him about some ideas that I had in improving the EHS system and as usual he replied that it can be taken into consideration... ya... consideration..

Reach home and my bro passed me $300 (not bad!), he strike first prize in 4D on Sunday, a cool $10000. Not bad for him and also for me.. I am feeling kinda regret after spending a large some of money on cardboards, emm, my auction is ending tomorrow night and it is not doing so well, wonder if I can recoup even 20%... oh well.. that is the price you had to pay...

Ya... SDU called me today to go down for a networking session on wednesday evening, upon probing the coordinator, Tina, further, she told me that she dun have enough guys and asked me to get my guy friend if any is interested. Oh well... I told her I am going but I am having to have second thoughts especially when wednesday is suppose to be my rest day.. It is going to be a tiring week, need to do OT and also come back on saturday... still have to prepare the children day celebration this saturday... emm, better get some sleep... nite...
